“Meyer Park" 49th Street Project: Meyer Park is a 10-house cluster development at North A and 49th Streets in Springfield. Habitat has completed the street and utilities infrastructure. The construction committee has completed an exciting house design, meeting the requirements of the cluster development while establishing a neighborhood feel and look. We expect the new plat to be approved soon so that construction permits can be secured and work begun. Habitat’s first homeowners association is being formed for subdivision governance and maintenance. The first house is fully sponsored and the second well on its way. We are actively seeking house sponsors for the development. Contact us for details about sponsorship.
